Laptop exploded

This entire week and last week has been insane, a couple days after uploading the new updates to the site my laptop decided to stop working... WELL... not exactly
See I was struggling in uni (as I usually do) and my phone, laptop and tablet were all dead. By some unfortunate luck, all the chargers EVERYWHERE were occupied, so when I FINALLY found a charger I was so happy! Now here's the thing, that outlet was stuck to the side of a bench covered by a panel and I may have had to pry it open. All warning signs I know, but ever since that incident my laptop has not charged properly. Now the worst part was that I had a lab exam the day after for my Web Programming class and my laptop just decided to give out on me. Luckily I was able to talk to my lecturer and they let me do the exam on one of the lab computers! I did good on the exam if you're wondering, website looked passible and thats what matters at the end of the day.
Anywho, so after my lab exam I was talking to one of my friends outside the room and they mentioned a repair shop near me that does diognostic checks and sources the repair parts. So later in the day I end up going to let them check my laptop and understandably they took it in for the time being. But now I was left without a laptop and I'm a COMP SCI STUDENT OF ALL THINGS!!! However, during that time the prospect of installing linux intrigued me. Mostly, Arch Linux, because I have heard how difficult it is to install but how customizable it was as well.
So, I decided to take my old laptop from since high school, which was missing the "W" key, and decided to try to install linux. Now I thought this would be a cake walk, just follow the instructions maybe go on reddit and bam I got Arch Linux... BUT NO! First I had to find a flashdrive, easy enough and I got one from my old Wii which I dont even play anymore. Now here's the funny part. The "W" key wasn't the only thing missing from the laptop... THE DISK DRIVE WAS DESTROYED TOO! So I accidentally ended up deleting windows and leaving the laptop in a bootable state where it waits for any Operating System to interact with it. Truly a poor fate to it.
This now brings us to Friday, I had decided to take another go at installing linux with my 2nd laptop from highschool, the disk drive worked and all the keys were there right! WRONG! The disk drive did work correctly but some of the keys were not responding + the hardware part of the laptop was breaking a part. However this was a slight setback, I have a monitor and mouse all I needed was the system itself from the laptop. However I didn't have a keyboard at the time, so I had to ask a friend to give me one he had lent me around 2 years ago when I was still using this old laptop here.
Now finally, it's MONDAY! My friend gives me his keyboard and I FINALLY get a callback from the repair shop about my laptop. They said it was something about the battery pins not being responsive and 2/3 of them had already burnt out, with the third one soon to go. The guy said that they can replace it if they find the part but if not then that's ggs. However this did not bother me, because I had a keyboard and a dream and I FINALLY INSTALLED ARCH LINUX!! So far the experience has been wonderful and I DO NOT MISS those Windows fluff that took up 1/8 of my storage and ram
Well that's all folks just thought I'd drop an update on my situation because man, not being able to do any proper work for a week sucked so bad. Anywho, remember folks STAY STICKY!

Hey everyone! It's been a while since my last update lol. A lot's happened since then that I probably won't get to since its mostly my personal life, but I've been doing... alright!
I wanted to get this update out for a while now but with the sickness happening and then juggling assignments and now midterms, it was kinda difficult lol. But the update is (MOSTLY) here! I still need to work on WEBS but I'm probably going to have to go on another hiatus because again midterms and then finals are around the corner too. But when I'm back WEBS will basically get an entire rehaul and let him feel more "alive."
Anywho! I appreciate you all for always stopping by and checking up on the website, and I hope y'all have a great day, night or whatever time it is for you lol! Remember folks, stay STICKY!

Sorry that it's been a bit- I'm still sick and its slowly going away but its still a lot to deal with. That and university has taken a bigger toll on me with me having to juggle studying and assignments more having to push other things out of the way that I would like to do for fun. I honestly do not know when I will have the time to update that IE window I made to make the slide-show but hopefully sometime during the weekend I can finish making the art for it so it's just to put it together. I hope you all are well and I also wanna thank yall for stopping by always to check on the site :3

It's been a while since I've worked on the website, with me juggling university and all. I'm doing my best to keep on top of my work but some of the subjects im falling behind... But in the midst of all that, I ended up getting SICK D:
I do have things planned for the website, like the content inside of the internet explorer window (I hope y'all liked the switch from the old blocky windows I had opened before). I plan to make it into like a sort of short slideshow about me and have some of my doddles on it!!!

Ik it's been a while since I last posted, literally just 3 days, but I have some plans for the website that I want any visitors to see first before I spill the beans on what they are >:3
But anywho, I WENT TO A CAT CAFE TODAY!!! It was really fun and I went with a friend of mine! Met Jerry and some other kittens today! I specifically mention Jerry because he was such a mood today. He came up to us and started purring so ofc I had to play with him a bit. He was so grumpy but friendly and loved the belly rubs we gave him <3. Here's some pics from today (Yes I kinda shredded or tried--, I'm tryna learn guitar lowkey.)
My "Job"

Came late to class today and was honestly out of it. Basically I have a small job working for my Mom in our family business (I wont go into detail cuz thats my info to keep lolz). But its kinda annoying having to help her with the work. I have to work during any study breaks I take because I genuinely need the money, but it takes a toll on me and leaves me exhausted. It gets worse when it's the holidays too, I basically dont have any sort of holiday break because it's all just work, work and more work.
Going to University is honestly an escape for me because I get to leave that dreaded house where I feel overworked and exhausted but... tbh, it always felt like that. Going out with friends, collegues or even by myself puts me in a mind space where I dont have to worry about the stress. Even if for a little bit. Anywho I'm getting sleepy and idk if i made any spelling mistakes up to this point ive just been pointlessly typing away into this textfile you cant even see!

Second Week

Second Week of this semester started, I already feel overwhelmed. I picked up a pack of flashcards before meeting a friend and as I'm writing this I'm lowkey feeling a little sleepy already. Sadly, I dont have any coffee on me to keep me going but at least I have good tunes by my side to keep my hope up!
To be fair, making this website has really helped me in some of my studies. One of my courses, which is a web programming class, is well WEB PROGRAMMING!!! So making this site really helped me understand the concepts a lot easier and it gave birth to my finest creation... WEBS! If you somehow haven't yet, please go check out WEBS on the Home page, he's a nice lil arachnid trust!

Post-Coffee Clarity

University has already taken a toll on me, it's honestly hard trying to juggle my personal life along with the work that is asked of me. Even though I am keeping up well with my notes it's a constant struggle and sometimes I just want a break from it all.
Due to this my coffee addiction has gotten pretty strong now, but then again, this happens every semester! God I love Coffee <3
Well the good thing was that making this website helped me take my mind off it for a bit and I think it'll be good for my mental health to keep writing my thoughts in a safe space such as this one. Anywho have a good day ya'll and remember to stay sticky!
